Please send me a direct message to me if you are using the DARC outgoing buro service. I have a simple question since I am looking to replace the defunct GlobalQSL. I will go back 3 years since I am not sure what got sent. I am not a big buro QSLer anymore (do not need much) so only send 10 or so a year. I have asked DARC my question in their request form. Has been over a week and no response yet.
