Hello Eric,
The program will do this for you if you let it. After each LoTW upload, it
will ask you if you want to clear the LoTW upload flag, and you should
select "Yes". You also have other options on the LoTW tab in the QSO
window. TQSL will not change anything in dx4win, but it will keep track of
your uploads to prevent dupes. What else are you trying to do?

don't see way of changing the status of LoTW uploads, which I do directly
