Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN/LOTW LOGS
AD1C's DXCC page has a lot of good info - it's what I used to get my DX4WIN database in sync with what ARRL has for my record. On that web page (http://dx4win.ad1c.us/appnotes/dxcc.htm), there is an image of the QSO window. At the bottom of the QSO window, it shows that the DXCC entity has been checked. It says Chkd. I have version 8.03 and for my QSOs that have been checked, it just says C (not Chkd). I thought maybe it was because my font was too large, so I reduced the size significantly, and also turned off bold, and it still says C. Am I missing something, or does version 8.03 only show C for entites that have been checked? It would be nice if it said Chkd, because C is easily confused with Confirmed. -Steve N7TX On Mon, Mar 29, 2010 at 10:22 AM, Jim Reisert AD1C jjreis...@alum.mit.eduwrote: On Sun, Mar 28, 2010 at 3:57 PM, Shawn sckel...@verizon.net wrote: I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST AND EASIEST WAY TO UPDATE THE AWARD CREDITS IN DX4WIN TO COME CLOSE TO LOTW. Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN/LOTW LOGS
8.03 uses single-letter abbreviations. The image is from 7.0x. C is still Checked, S is Submitted. 73 - Jim AD1C On Mon, Mar 29, 2010 at 10:03 PM, Steve Thompson steve.n...@gmail.com wrote: AD1C's DXCC page has a lot of good info - it's what I used to get my DX4WIN database in sync with what ARRL has for my record. [Dx4win] DX4WIN/LOTW LOGS
I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST AND EASIEST WAY TO UPDATE THE AWARD CREDITS IN DX4WIN TO COME CLOSE TO LOTW. They are currently way out of whack. Or is this a painfully manual process? Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN/LOTW LOGS
You didn't explain why they don't agree; but there is a simple way to reconcile them - check www.ad1c.com; he has a small utility to compare // correct the errors. One point - are you importing LOTW flags from err. LOTW ? This is essential. 73 Dave G3NKC -Original Message- From: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net [mailto:dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net]on Behalf Of Shawn Sent: 28 March 2010 22:57 To: DX4WIN REFLECTOR Subject: [Dx4win] DX4WIN/LOTW LOGS I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST AND EASIEST WAY TO UPDATE THE AWARD CREDITS IN DX4WIN TO COME CLOSE TO LOTW.
