I think I solved my problem. In Preferences, I disabled the two calls to QRZ.com on the Ext Data tab, and things seem OK. It must have been getting hung-up trying to get data from QRZ.com for some reason. 73, Rick K0XB __ DX4WIN

I wonder if anyone else has seen this problem and has found a work-around? I'm using DX4WIN 9.0.4.1176, along with an IC-7000 on a Windows 10 laptop. The radio talks to DX4WIN through a port on a Microham CW keyer, and it also talks to WSJT-X through a second port on the Microham device.
