DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes.  If you don't use
the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable. The
data is derived from:

    http://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/index.php

I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 1 February 2010.  The latest file can be found at:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster.htm

Please read the installation notes on that web page if you require the
"keep-alive" version of the file.

You can use this script to update the file:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm

There are no release notes this time, although a number of nodes
running AR-Cluster V6 (beta) were added. The dxcluster.info web site
has undergone some changes in the way the list of nodes is generated,
and I don't yet have a method of generating a list of differences
between two versions. You can always get the most recent list of
nodes for DX4WIN from this URL:

        http://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/dx4win.php

This list will be generated from the actual real-time data in the
nodes database. You will need to copy /paste from the web page into
your DX4WIN.TCP file. There is currently no way to get the "keep
alive" version, but I'll be working on that.

There will be another change in the next week or so, as I prune
(remove) DX cluster nodes that haven't been in active in some time.
There are almost 100 of them!
