When a QSO is uploaded, TQSL will use the BAND if it's set and if not, try
to convert the FREQ to a band.
The current version ignores the FREQ if it's outside of the band.
Prior versions of TQSL would reject a QSO if the BAND and FREQ weren't
consistent.

I recently found that I could download my LOTW confirmations into DX4WIN. I
generated the report, but then there was a file generated of "Not Found".
When I looked at the QSOs that had been tagged, they all had a common band of
20M. Many were actually from a 6M contest, but there were
