When I connect to a http cluster like
25 spots OH2AQ,http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/dx25.html?|3
I get duplicate spots every 3 minutes until the number of spots runs out
of the 25 that this particular cluster displays.

There are two separate problems:

1. If it's late at night when there are not many new spots
I'll get pages of the same 1,2 or 3 spots.

Also I have to listen to the _same_ voice spot announcement every 3 minutes.

2. If the same station is spotted two different times I get multiple instances
of _both_ spots. The earlier spot is not dropped as normally happens with
a two meter cluster.

These two problems do not happen when using a two meter cluster
because two meter clusters normally only send the spot once.

In the case of a http cluster, there should be logic to:
1. Do not respond to or announce a spot that is identical to a previously
listed spot
2. Clear a spot when a later different spot for a call comes in like a two
meter cluster.

I understand the ability to re-scan http spots is new in version 6 and I
greatly applaud it's addition
but the current logic is not correct. I hope it can be fixed.
