The DXCC award credits are not in the download of confirmations from LoTW.

The DXCC award credits are in a different ADIF file if you go to:

Awards | Select DXCC Award Account | DXCC QSL Download

However, there is no way to import that file into DX4WIN, and the
award credits may not match your QSOs completely, especially if you
have DXCC credits that pre-date the LoTW system (i.e. paper DXCC
submissions with paper QSLs).

What do you mean by "fix" them?  Those fields populate when you make a DXCC
(or other award) submission through DX4WIN.  If you already have several (or
several hundred) DXCC credits with the League but have not yet entered this
information into DX4WIN, you can use AD1C's utility program to help:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/index.html 
This will not be a trivial process, but by following Jim's instructions, you
can match your credits with the League  to your dx4win records.
