Mark, I can check and uncheck the Split box in the Radio Frequency control window and my K3 will toggle between split and no split. I am using the Elecraft K3 X5 rig control file. You also have to have both VFOs on the same band before this will work. You will get Split N/A when the two VFOs are not set for the same band.
