Many thanks to all who answered, both to me and to the reflector.
Fortunately, none of you had the correct answer - by which I mean to say
that this was NOT a case of me screwing up the dx4win to LoTW process.
It seems that the Award Credit Matrix on LoTW is NOT updated instantly when
your DXCC ap
1. As you probably know both LotW and QSLs count for DXCC. Be sure you
have it ok in dx4win. Under File>awards>DXCC both QSL card and LotW
boxes must be marked.
2. Be sure that you have downloaded all confirmed qsos from LotW. Make
another download and choose an old date. Import these qsos in dx
