[Dx4win] Updated Country file help

I updated the dxcc country file. I had 158 errors. I hit the F8 key and saw some of the mistakes in the notes for this call window. Being distracted I accidently closed the program out and saved it. Since I did this were all the errors corrected automatically? I have since tried to go back and
