It's simply an ADIF export of your log. There's no magic.

File | Import/Export
Make sure ADIF is selected
File | Export

I have said this before, and I'll say it again. Each time I "Export
to LoTW", I upload that same ADIF file to Club Log.

Not a direct answer to your question but something to consider.

Do you make regular uploads to LoTW?
If so, just use the same ADIF file that DX4WIN created for your upload to
LoTW.
I use Jim AD1C suggestion and name the LoTW ADIF file as to the date of the
file. Example LOTW_04012016.
I take this very same file and upload it to ClubLog, my QRZ.COM log, and
eQSL. None of these programs care that the name of the file is LOTW_xx.
They just accept the ADIF file as an up load to their programs. That way
every time I upload to LoTW I do the same to ClubLog, QRZ.COM and eQSL. Just
be sure you use the ADIF file that DX4WIN generated for you and NOT the
LOTWREPORT file you get back from LOTW

It looks like you're right-clicking on the Report window and selecting
"Write to file", but that is not the way to go about exporting your log.
In the main window, select File -> Import/Export, the ADIF format should be
on the top of the list - select File -> Export and choose a name.
That should do it.

How do I make a ADIF file from DX4WIN import/export of my whole log that
club log will accept?
I only see that I can create a .csv file and club log does not recognize
that type.
Thanks
