have already been checked if they were submitted and checked as LoTW QSLs

Not if you're running 8.05 - this was fixed in that version. Once
I am not getting my 950 that I just got to work with DX4WIN. I have both
set to 4800, and cable I am using worked with my other Yaesu radios.

What other Yaesu rigs? The new Yaesu rigs require handshake or at RTS
always on before they will respond to the computer (CAT).
