Hello DX4WINner,
Reports/DXCC/Listing containes QSL Status verified by ARRL-DXCC as an asterix
* beside QSL Status Label(L), Mailed(M), ConfirmedC.
But QSL Status verified by ARRL-DXCC (checked) is not included in ADIF Export
file.
Anyone has modified the DX4Win ADIF Export Filter with QSL

The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #118 is now available from:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/
You can read the release notes at:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/release.shtml
You can (and should) use the DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file:
The following works for me in determining the interval LOTW takes to process
my uploads.
I name my uploads based on the date ie LOTW12102012. Then I note the
calender for
that date then I just wait for a later date to show under find call in
LOTW, this gives me
the interval for that upload.
According to the find call button on LOTW they processed my latest upload
today 12/10/12 at 12:07pm.
I uploaded on 12/02/12 at 9:43am, so it was in the ballpark of the
advertised 7 days.

Delay keeps growing. Up to 8 days just a few minutes ago.
Agreed - 8 days 14 hours! At the current rate of growth the
delay will be 9 days before tomorrow. Here are the latest
numbers I have:
Upload Time Time Processed Elapsed Time
Not sure how current their delay announcements are, as a CQWW log
uploaded on 12/1 has yet to be processed.
But on the other hand, DXCC submissions via LoTW are super-fast. Submitted
my annual update last evening at 8:40 and had all accredited at 9:49.
So some parts are working well
Why is LOTW backlog a thread on DX4WIN? Isn't there a LOTW discussion board...

I used to use a file-naming convention similar to yours, Ed. I'd use
L for LOTW and the upload date such as MMDDYY. For today
it would be L121012.
It's a pretty common way of doing it and I'm sure a lot of folks probably
used a similar system. But, then I read that one of the bugs at the

Hi Ed!
Probably because a -very- high percentage of
DX4WIN users use LOTW and have a high
level of interest in LOTW

Maybe, try attaching a Green Stamp to your
LOTW submission!
LOTW is still better than surface mail unless
the DX isn't on
There needs to be a way for getting on LOTW to be made a lot
simpler, especially for remote DX. The entire procedure should
be able to be done on-line. I've seen a number of stations on
QRZ.com making comments about the complexity of LOTW
and the difficulty of signing up their multiple portable
and the difficulty of signing up their multiple portable operations.
There is absolutely no issue of singing a portable operation once you
have the initial certificate. It takes less than one business day
unless the operation is from a location that has specific access and
licensing
I used Lotw for my operation in Belize. It was very easy to sign up. I
simply scanned a copy of my license from Belize and emailed it to the DXCC
desk at the ARRL. Everything was approved before I left. It couldn't have
been much easier. I plan to do the same thing when I go to Grand Cayman
Agreed. Signing up for multiple portable operations is no big deal.
But, each non-USA station must send a copy of his/her operating
license plus a copy of a government issued ID such as drivers
license, passport to this place in Newington. If I asked my local
commissar in Blockavia if I should
In 2012 alone, I operated portable from 29 different locations (Grid Squares)
in the US Canada. It would be easy to get signed up for LOTW for each
and every one of these? Maybe I underestimate the process?

You can use your US certificate to apply for a Canadian one (which
will be issued in less than a day in most cases), then you can create
locations anywhere in Canada where you've operated.
And if you happen to sign W1ABC/R (for Rover) or W9ZYX/0 and want to
use that with LotW you simply use
