[Dx4win] RTTY

I have had an annoying rig file problem since I upgraded by Icom 756 Pro III to an IC-7600. Double clicking on a spot moves the correct frequency and mode to the logging screen, but the radio itself usually does not change, and then the logging screen frequency reverts to the old radio
