Hi All I can say the contrary both my TS2000x work via USB to serial converter or Microkeyer MKII and related hardware from Microham. And this for all OS (98-vista-7-8-10 at 32or64bit) that I have been testing with DX4WIN for many years now. The only thing you have to check out is that the usb<>rs232 converter you want to buy is using FTDI chipset.
