I set the start date for Kosovo to 21-January-2018 pending an official
announcement from the ARRL..

DX4WIN 9.0x users will have to wait until Paul adds the new country
file to the "update" list.

The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #18.2 is now available from:

You can read the release notes at:

DX4WIN 9 users should use Help | Check for Updates from the main menu.
Note that there may be a delay between this announcement and when the
updated country file is actually available.

Users of older versions of DX4WIN should use the DX4WIN Data Updater:
