I contacted ARRL directly a couple days ago as I want to use the online DXCC App to do a submission before the end of the year and this was the reply I got. -- Hello John, Thank you for your email. I apologize for the inconvenience, but the Online DXCC program is currently down, and has been for several days. Our IT department is working on it as we speak. It should be up and running shortly. How can an organisation like this have a successful application running for a couple of years and then loose it indefinably?
