Re: [Dx4win] Membership list for ARRL Centennial Challenge
Tod, You don't need to send either Title or "point value". That is automatically calculated by LotW when the QSOs are uploaded. LotW is the only way anyone can receive credit anyway - see: http://www.arrl.org/centennial-qso-party In order to compete in the Centennial Points Challenge, logs must be submitted through Logbook of the World (LoTW). Logs do not need to be changed from the normal Cabrillo (contest logs) or ADIF (general logging file) files. The system will automatically look for points-qualifying QSOs from submitted logs and apply them to each participant’s Centennial QSO Points table. QSOs do not have to be matched in LoTW for points to be achieved – this is an honor-based QSO Party. We cannot accept any paper forms or information for the Centennial Points Challenge. 73, ... Re: [Dx4win] Membership list, LOTW
Jim, sorry I didnt explain it well. Will try here. I just use the LOTW , so I download the file from HB9BZA web page. Then I put it in the DX4WIN directory. Then I right-click on the Dx Spots window and click on Membership List. Then I CLEAR members list. Then I type a L in the Id window, and click on Add to Members list. Click on the lotw1.txt file in Dx4WIN and it comes up as 38841 Added, 860 Ignored. I have been doing this exactly the same way since the feature was added without any problems. Re: [Dx4win] Membership List
I'm only guessing here... but D4W does a lookup on these lists in various places. In order to do so very quickly I suspect the lists are actually merged into an array and keyed on callsign. Once you load a list it no longer exists as an independent object... it would have to be reconstructed. Mel, VE2DC John Shaw wrote: > Yes I produced my own MAS2 and it was in the dx4win dir.
