Very nice work Lief.
1) I agree with Doug there should be feature which
checks to see how far the mouse has moved before
releasing the snapped object.
2)I'm no sure I like the format you're using for
setSnapBoundary(). IMO I think using something like
setSnapBoundary(type,t,r,b,l) would be more

Hmmm... Do you mean while dragging a layer on the
screen?
If so were in dynapi 2.5.7 is the fixed?

So far so good.. yer password protection is disabled btw.
Comments:
-It would be nice if you could set how close to the object you must be to
trigger snap.
-It would be nice if you could set how "sticky" the snap is.. IE: stay
snapped until mouse has moved x pixels..
Asside from that. very nice.

Hi to
all!
After an 18 month
absence from web development and DynAPI I have followed the new Dynapi
3 discussions with great interest and want to get back into
it.
I would like to get it
through WinCVS but since I've never used it before I just can't get it to
download the files. Could
Not a clue, though it does appear strange, especially since it happens
in konqueror and mozilla
I'll try it on a few of my other computers later, see if windows works
better.

Hmmm... Strange!
Any ideas as to what might cause the slow down? It
should be the reverse.
Is it the new tags object code found in the
dyndocuments.js file or is it the tempplates?
For nested layers try reducing the number to say 50.

Hi Raymond,
I like the TemplateDesigner. One set of results I have:
WIN2000 IE6 AMD 1.2GHz SDR 512MB
Without TemplateDesigner
basic 500 layers 1122ms
deep-nest 100 layers 291ms
With TemplateDesigner
basic 500 layers 751ms
deep-nest 100 layers 210ms
Kevin.
