Important if you change name of the folder you need to change it inside the
"vde.js" script file. The parameter you need to change is the
dynapi.vdeName ="VDE-0.1rc2"
So if you change the folder name to "Jabberwocky" you need to change thi

The focus should include NS4 & IE4 as IMO that is
what makes Dynapi3.
DOM only APIs are out there but do we want another

I've implemented this SODA feature and it looks like it's working fine ( I
had to change some of the copy and paste methods), I will just do some more
fine tuning and then I upload it with some other fixes.
