1) Why the need to set the modifier keys in events.js (alt, ctrl, shift)?
Can't this be removed since we have the keylistener events?
2) DynLayer.flagDeleteChildren loops through all the children. But it
doesn't ever do anything. Is this suppose to invoke a "delete" event?
