I saw that the code for DynLayer removal had been changed to set the
layer.z to null.  The value of null was what was causing the problems we
were having in NS4.  Since the DynLayer's z value defaults to 0 in the
constructor and is set each time it is assigned to a browser object,
there is no need to change the z value on removal.
