I have had no end of problems with events from links within dynlayers
and loadpanels (NS 4.x). So I spent some time looking at mouse.js and
this is what I discovered......It seems the problem is twofold:
1: The Netscape event model flows from browser to object (e.g. link),
whereas IE flows from object to browser.
2: There is a bug in mouse.js
I have attached a sample file and the corrected mouse.js. Seems to work
pretty well (I have NS 4.73 - if anyone is using a different version of
NS4 I would be interested to hear from them as to whether this works for
them).
