Also, make sure you are setting the correct library path. It seems
the files arent loaded, either because Frontpage's preview sucks or
you just have the wrong library path set.

It does not seem that you are doing anything wrong. (imho)
So, my guess would be that it is FP..
Possible solution:
Switch:
DynAPI.include('dynapi.api.browser.js')
With:
do this for all of the includes and it may work.
You could do this in FP and use normal includes
when not in FP.
