I kno wthat layer recycling was implemented to help
prevent NS4 from blowing it's stack..
but, could we use layer recycling in other browsers
as well?
I'm thinking that is would be faster to create a
'new' layer if one already exists for your use.
This would be a step towards the Layer-Pool idea as
well I think
