I don't know about the CSV repository. I just download the distribution from
source forge.
The latest distribution is 2.5.7
the gui directory contains viewport.js sprite.js scrollpane.js scrollbar.js
list.js label.js.etc.etc.etc

You can use the 'list' widget in gui. I've recently optimized it to be much
faster.
You'd create one list, then when an item is selected, create a second list
to the right of the first, and positioned next to the selected item from the
first list.
