Java only lets you open files only on the same domain. Try changing all the
links to pass thru a function in the code outside of LoadPanel.

Hi there
I am having problems with a loadpanel in Netscape 4.73. When I click on
an external link (not loading anything into the loadpanel) from within a
loadpanel I get the following error:
DynAPI reported an error.
