I'm trying to do the extremely simple tutorial for the DynApi2 at http://dynapi.sourceforge.net/doccenter/index.php?Creating%20and%20Deleting%20DynLayers but find that simply copying & pasting the code (as suggested) doesn't give me a layer. Is the http://dynapi.sourceforge.net/src/dynapi.j
