I don't think it is possible to rename a layer. You could possibly
create a copy object that copies a dynlayer to another dynlayer.
Why would you ever need to change the name of a layer? The internal
name of layers, when using a dynlayer, is not really that important in
most cases.

I have looked and looked, I am in the proccess of creating a HTML Mud using
DynAPI, but I can not find a way
to rename a layer without destroying it. Does anyone have a way to do this?
