Here is the stuff: Notice the 1st couple of lines of the javascript
file, the 2 methods of centering... The 1st, manually centering, works,
but only if it's donw after onload in IE, which breaks the bordermanager
for some reason.. (doesn't draw borders..) The 2nd, using anchors,
