I'm using DynApi 2.5 and I need help in handling event on a DynLayer.
The probelm can be defined like this :
- I'm inheriting a DynLayer in my object in order to dinamically display it on html.

and change it back on onmouseout (see code below). For some reason the
onmouseout is not triggered when the mouse moves out from the position over the text

Netscape 4.7 doesn't translate the character set in DynAPI layers. (IE
does). Netscape inserts a ? for the unread characters.
