Hi John-Paul,
ACH transfers are free. Certainly outside USA I have offers well over unity
(1.5%) but without the benefit of an ACH transfer.
Thinking in a different way, those people who wish to buy trivial amounts
(is USD$750 trivial?) of e-gold who otherwise have to pay 3 to 8 percent,

It is Sept. 4, and from what I gather the scheduled pm was done or started
on Sept 1.
I do not know if e-gold has been down for 3 days or if it has been up and
down for the past 3 days.
Which is it? Down for additional pm or is it gone forever?

Everyone,
Where's the BEST PLACE to buy e-gold -- say a couple hundred dollars
worth -- if you DO wish to use a credit card?
Despite the incredible selection of MM lists and directories I still
don't know! :)
Thanks, anyone who knows! JP

Cheque is useless regardless of delays or not, because of the cost of
banking it in Australia, and then wiring it back to USA for the Datek

accounts. (But ACH and wires are okay.)
Just a curiosity Ian, I was never able to

I'd be curious to hear if you get over unity and a free ach to

By the time all this discussion is over the transaction could have
been completed.
Is the time lost worth less than the cost of a online transaction I
wonder?

Well, I haven't been reporting all the ups and downs in the gold supply,
because it happens so often now, but as of tonight, there is a new high in
the amount of e-gold, gold: 60,000 ounces. That's 150 bars.
Cool!
Curious, though: Why are they all being bought and sold in the London
account?

Craig,
London is the most liquid gold center and that is where the LBMA
