Weren't there some people complaining he had swindled them? (May have
been on another list, but the name mentioned was definately Boggs).
Anything like the guy who prints his own postage stamps and uses them
to mail letters? Ones with Saddam Hussein or Adolph Hitler seemed to
work quite well.
