Thank you Dr. Caprari, I just figured out the first solution just today, i did not know that i had to reset the e-puck and I could not find it anywhere, so i used the webots which gives the user some explicit time to reset the e-puck.
And i see that ICD2 is the only way of getting things right so i think i will order one for myself. Apart from this i just have a simple doubt, for suppose i have the ICD2 can i just dump the program "tinybld_ds6014A_7.37Mhz_115200uart1_8xPLL_with_LEDs.hex" and "the tinybld_ds6014A_7.37Mhz_115200uart1_8xPLL_with_LEDs_helper.hex" into the e-puck. into the e-puck so that it can respond to the bluetooth again.
