Hi, I have a problem. My e-puck suddenly stopped working while i was uploading a program in it. I have another e-puck that is pre-programmed in factory condition. When i turn the knob to number 3 for bluetooth communication, it send the codes but my e-puck doesn't move to the code

Hi, I have a sudden problem with my e-puck. We loading code to the e-puck via webots, they prompt me to press the reset button but it cannot sense that i've pressed it already and it stated error 2. Any solutions to solving it? I tried it many times.
