As committers on the Eclipse project, you are allowed to vote for
project proposals until May 15th.
I have added a new bundle: org.eclipse.e4.core.services.annotations. This
bundle is required by the e4 workbench, the photo demo, and the e4 core
tests. If you are running any of these things, you will need to load this
new bundle from HEAD to get everything compiling. I have updated the e4 ui
