[easybuild] generate a Dockerfile with easybuild

ile, the command eb --experimental -C --container-config 'bootstrap=yum,from=centos:centos7,osversion=7'  $CFGS1/m/M4/M4-1.4.18.eb seems to work. I get a .local/easybuild/containers/Singularity.M4-1.4.18 file. Perhaps I misunderstood the --container-config flag, Can somebody help me? R
