I am in the process of building Graphviz for 2018b. This requires a lot of
dependencies, many of which are asking for LibUUID. Should I just add LibUUID?
Is there a fix for 2018b? LibUUID was talked about a few weeks ago but I
don’t understand the remediation.
John,
This pull request might have some of what you're after:
https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/6963
TL;DR - swap it out for util-linux-2.32 for 2018b toolchains
Cheers,
Ben

I am working directly from the develop branch, and have already incorporated
the fontconfig from the you mention PR.
Is the accepted method to replace LibUUID with linux-util?
What about Pango, HarfBuzz and GObject-Introspection ?

Hi,
I'm trying to install ORCA and have downloaded
orca_4_0_1_2_linux_x86-64_openmpi202.tar.xz
to my home directory. In this directory I run
eb ORCA-4.0.1-OpenMPI-2.0.2.eb --robot --try-software-version=4.0.1.2
but I get the following error:
== FAILED: Installation ended
Hi Loris,
Sources should be stored in your $EASYBUILD_SOURCEPATH.
Cheers,
Sam
