You can instruct EasyBuild to keep the temporary log file using 
--disable-cleanup-tmpdir.


Maybe the location where EasyBuild is installing modules is not in your 
current $MODULEPATH?
Check with "eb --show-config" where EasyBuild is installing modules, and 
check with 'ls' whether the module file for 3.1.2 is there?

Did you check if you have an updated lmod cache? If you try to load the module 
after making sure that LMOD_CACHED_LOADS is not set, does it work?
