The same problem i encountered with CVS. I added the directories
deployed, bin and verified to .cvsignore and did not add them to the
CVS-Tree - thats not a goot but a working solution.

I'm currently using Eclipse 3.2.2, EclipseME 1.6.5, and JDK
5 on WinXP. My previous working setup was Eclipse 3.1,
EclipseME 1.2.3, and JDK 1.4 on WinXP.
