Analyzer. I was wondering has anyone used R to analyze
hemispheric photos and calculate % canopy openness, LAT, etc.? Which
package in R will work for that? I'm looking for an open source or
low-cost program that will run under Windows Vista 64-bit. Thanks a lot!

you could do something clever with a pair of 8-m tapes and
two laser sights (not rangefinders, they aren't accurate enough), but
that won't work unless you are dealing with low vegetation.
