Hi, I'm looking for information or suggestions about strategies for collecting plant material. Mi project is about genetic isolation of fragmented forests and I need to collect plant material from a certain amount of trees. I was thinking that collect them along a transect or randomly will not affect the outcome, but I would like to here opinions about that.
