B) Maintain experiments in the Bodega Marine Reserve that evaluate the effects of various factors (herbivory, nutrients, physical stress, tidal height, wave exposure) on seaweed diversity. Add nutrients on a regular schedule, check the experimental apparatus for wear and tear, conduct repairs when needed, and census the plots periodically. C) Wash and prepare (acid rinse) glassware and equipment for lab experiments and field collections II) Data Maintenance and Analysis (30%) A) Maintain records of all results of laboratory and field experiments, enter them into computer spreadsheets and databases, and conduct simple analyses to illustrate results.
