The graduate program in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at University of California, Los Angeles invites applications from prospective Ph.D. and Masters students. Graduate students in our department conduct research around the world on a wide range of organisms and have full access to the outstanding facilities and resources that the University of California offers. Areas of specialization within the department include behavior, conservation biology, ecology, evolutionary biology, marine biology, paleobiology, plant biology, physiological ecology, ecological and evolutionary theory, and tropical biology. In addition to our Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Ph.D. and Masters programs, we also offer a M.S. program in the Ecology and Evolution of Medicine in collaboration with faculty from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
