for two strategic positions within the Costa Rican Education program.
Positions in Costa Rica
Deputy Education Director
Qualifications:
* Ph.D. in biology or related discipline
* Experience teaching and managing field courses.
* Experience in program development, curriculum development, and
program assessment.
* Experience in program administration; personnel and budget
management; fundraising; supervision and execution of projects
* At least 3 years as senior staff of education programs
* Bilingual (English-Spanish).
Coordinator of Undergraduate Programs
Qualifications:
* MS / Ph.D. in biology or related discipline.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish).
* Experience teaching and managing field courses.
* Experience in field-based education, curriculum development,
and program assessment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
