Dear All,I am about to buy an instrument capable of autonomously measuring
oxygen, pH, temperature, depth and salinity in marine environments (up to 30 m
depth, 3-5 day continuous deployments).
Does anyone have experience using the In Situ Troll 9500 for marine
deployments? I am trying to choose between this instrument and the YSI EXO2. My
main concern with the Troll is that it seems to have been developed for
sampling wells and I wonder if there are any issues when using this in a marine
exposed environment. It is considerably cheaper than the EXO which is why I am
looking into it.
Best Regards,Ylva
