Dear Ecologers, Can some one point us to any approach in sampling air-borne microbes? We would like to avoid the passive, petri dish method, and would like to use active collection for the “total” community. It would be helpful if you can point us to any published documents on equipment, choice of membrane, and/or sampling protocols.
