I recently graduated from the University of California Merced, majoring in Ecology Evolutionary Biology. My goal is to further my education in subjects involving ecology and biology while pursuing a career researching the well-being of our environment and the impact human activity has on it. I am looking for a position that will provide me with the hands on experience I need to do so.
Between the courses, I have been enrolled in and past job experiences I have gained extensive knowledge regarding ecological sustainability and the impact of human activities on our planet. Previous employers have required me to prove that I can work well under high stress conditions, handle multiple tasks at a time and remain organized. I have worked in labs examining tree mortality and drought response and have been consistently exposed to field conditions through classes and research projects. I have worked extensively with barn owls and kestrels, trapping and banding them, while also being responsible for maintaining and organizing data regarding them. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person or to speak with you over the phone. You can reach me by phone at (925) 395-3636 or email at madisenhink...@gmail.com . I have attached my resume, giving a more detailed description of my experience and skills.
