Dear listers,
Is anyone aware of any study about the amount of tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) included in the diet of bats or about the effectiveness of bats in controlling at least in part tiger mosquito population in areas where this species was introduced such as Europe? One limiting issue seems to be the different flying time of bats and Aedes albopictus but I found no authoritative source of information on the subject. Thank you Kind regards Francesca
